Say no to drugs, say no to drink,

They hurt your brain more than you think.

Clear your mind, make it shine,

Good choices help your brain stay fine.

 

Too much phone, too much screen,

Can make your brain feel tired and mean.

Take a break, go run and play,

Let fresh air clear your day.

 

When you’re sad or feeling low,

Let your parents or teachers know.

You’re not alone, just take a step,

There’s always someone there to help.

 

Eat good food and sleep on time,

Exercise makes your brain feel fine.

Water, fruits, and veggies too,

They help your brain do all it can.
